We want you to love your Glamofly purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


🔄 30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your purchase. You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for elective returns (e.g., "change of mind"). For damaged or incorrect items, Glamofly provides a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

 

📌 Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Item must include all accessories and components
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that are not eligible:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products
  • Items returned without packaging

 

📤 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@glamofly.com with your name, reason for return and order number. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the necessary shipping instructions within 24 hours.

Return Shipping Address: To ensure the fastest processing, all returns are managed at our dedicated US fulfillment center: Senderoo Warehouse, 4385 Seymour Highway Wichita Falls, TX 76309

Please note: To ensure your refund is processed accurately, do not send returns to our Maryland administrative office. All returns must be sent to the Texas fulfillment center listed above using the provided RMA.


🚛 Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: "We provide a free return label for any items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent."
  • Remorse Returns: "For general returns (e.g., wrong size, no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost." 

 

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 

🚨 Transparency Note on Billing

To ensure your records are clear, please be aware that all purchases made on this site will appear on your credit card or bank statement as: Glamofly or (Flutterby Bazaar LLC).

 

💳 Order Cancellations

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at support@glamofly.com within 1 hour of purchase.

After this 1-hour window, the order may have already entered the fulfillment process at our warehouse. If we are unable to stop the shipment in time, you can still return the item for a refund once it arrives, in accordance with our 30-Day Return Policy.

 

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you.

  • Reporting: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at support@glamofly.com. While we encourage reporting damages within 48 hours to expedite carrier claims, we will honor reports of defective or incorrect items throughout our standard 30-day return window.
  • Requirements: Please include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the product.
  • Resolution: Once the issue is verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
