Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimated to be between 5-7 business days, overall it will approximately 6-9 business days to receive your order.

A Business Day is Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm, Eastern, US time.  

How do I create an account?

Click on the My Account icon at the top right corner of our website and follow the registration prompts.

How do I change my shipping address?

Log in to your account, navigate to 'Account Settings,' and update your shipping information accordingly.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by clicking on Track Order in the main menu.

 

Payment Method and Order Placement

What forms of payment does Glamofly accept?

Glamofly accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express. We also offer payment via PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo and Google Pay. 

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

We prioritize your security and do not store credit card information without your consent. You may choose to save your payment details for future purchases during checkout.

Do you charge sales tax?

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

My order arrived damaged.

We're sorry to hear that. Please reach out to us at support@glamofly.com with photos of the damaged item, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue, at now cost to you.

Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us promptly after placing your order, we may be able to accommodate changes or cancellations, but no guarantees.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items. For detailed information, please refer to our Returns Policy Page.

What if I received the wrong item.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our support team at support@glamofly.com with your order details, and we'll assist you promptly in trying to make your order right.

Where should I mail my authorized return?

After contacting our support team and receiving return authorization, please send your return back to us at our US Warehouse Address: Senderoo Warehouse, 4385 Seymour Highway, Witchita Falls, TX 76309
